Who We Are
Ross Heating and Air Conditioning, Inc. is a family affair. It is owned and operated by Damian and Maureen Ross, residents of Sparks, Nevada, for over 20 years.
Damian Ross has been a service technician in the Northern Nevada area for over 20 years and is one of the best technicians in the area. Between his technical school training and experience Damian is the one people call when no one else can figure out the issue. Damian is also one of the few journeyman-level oil furnace technicians in the area. Several local companies send Damian all of their oil furnace calls. Damian is also about the nicest and most trustworthy person you will ever meet.
Damian uses this experience to lead his team at Ross. The Ross team is a group of experienced and licensed HVAC installers and service technicians. This team is also licensed to install traditional water heaters and tankless water heaters.
While Damian is out leading the field staff, the true boss at Ross Heating and Air Conditioning is Maureen Ross. She runs the office team and makes sure that when you call in or have any sort of issue, you are taken care of.
Our Goal
Our main goal at Ross Heating and Air Conditioning is to offer great service and help keep your home and office comfortable. We want your service experience with us to be a great experience. Having a broken heating or air conditioning system is never fun, but we will do our best to fix it the first time, impress you with our service and make the costs fair.
